manager...my friend skill..take a look

sir this required is over 5k stats point.......what will happen if i master it when it requires to 10k or more than 15k ouch.......plz cheaked it.,,,,

why is that donation skill is not mastered???
it is donated to obtain 1 skill and pay for it but why not mastered???
excuse to anyone concerned...im not up to something bad...
just curious and asking...

sir its unfair for me cuz in the top reborn they master dex287 with a required dex is 5000 why now me become 8000 huhuhuhuhuhu im usedess now....... i buy a skill that i cant master.......

im doom huhuhuhuu manager u distroy my char....huhuhuhuuhhuhuuhuh.........why...why...why...why...8k its usedless....the dex skill can damage int the donator that have a +20 armor why u changed it to 8k its soooooooooooo an fairT_T_T_T_T_T_T_T_T give me back my stats point i will never get dex.....any more plz give me back my stats point............huhuhuhuuh its soooooooooooooo unfair in new comers.......

yes in server 2 when you pay for some skills it will be yours in its fullest...
all donation skills are mastered already without needing statpoints to master it...
thats why i am curious why in server 1 you need to master a donation skill???

manager i think u dont understand the feeling of our players...
cuz... changed the required stats point w/ out knowing that ther r max reborn that have master skill w/ 5000 stats point......
i think u want some one in the max reborn to rule in this game why u
changed the required stats point........if u keep of this ......i think all many player that play ranpirate we stop playing like manman and supr321mo and many more.....BB all see u next time when the skill was changed again and again and again and again and again.......more power n the server 1 we need more players here many player chaged server ouch............

server 1 is really unstable, so many changes
its almost 4 months this server is upgraded,
but still so many changes, why not you didnt
check it before???

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa manager what happen to the maintenance the skill of the swordsman power up also cant be upgrade it only lvl6 -16%.....ouch...there so many bug now.......all phnx student cant buy inside the campuse ...........where afraid to donate now cuz of whats happening to our server .......manager bring back the required stats point of the skill and also the power up of the swordsman bug..... all the top reborn power up r lvl7 and all the new b her power up is lvl 6 so anfair this server is so anfair to the new B keep on doing this ang the server 1 will be a ghost server............GOD BLEEsssssssssssss to all want to donate now..........................

since manager upgrade the skill to master it at lvl 299
the 287 dex needs 8k stats point
who's char who got max rb master 287 dex with just 5k stats?
no one in server 1 master it who got max rb
manager wants us the effort to master skill
thats why he didnt master the skill when we donate it
if u want to be tough
go lvlng you're character to achieve you're desired skill
i dont know why in server 2
when u donate skill its automatic master
