Help pls Username and Password does not match

i cant log in it allways says username and password does not match i try to log out in control pannel
but i cant go there it failed whene i go to the control pannel adress its like admin is blocking the site to me or im blockking the site

U SHOULD LOG IN RAN CP AND PRESS "OPTIONS" THEN PRESS "RESET ERROR ID" AFTER ALL THIS DONE U WILL BE ABLE TO LOG IN PIRATESRAN
