what do you mean? when you log in to the game or if you try to go inside the campus?

i mean when i my character already log into the game , but cant go inside the campus door to buy my skill!!!!when i go in .. my loading thr will no moving!!!how should i do!!!

please follow the link and try reinstalling your client and be sure to have patch v12.2 installed

if it's still the same. try downloading the client again, but this time disable your anti-virus
